Use our amazing space for 6 hours for up to 60 people seated or 120 standing.
This time includes set-up and strike time, all party members must vacate the space by the concluding time.
Set-up time is a minimum 30 minutes before event start time.
Party music must stop playing 30 minutes before end time.
If serving alcohol, last call is 15 minutes before
last song or 45 minutes before end time.
Latest end time is 2:00am.
Simple table setting and decoration.
Includes one table covering and place mats.
50 fresh centerpiece and decorative roses.
Arranged throughout the space. More complex arrangements available at a variable cost.
Upgrade to 100 roses for $250
All table, chair, plate, glass and cutlery for 60 people.
Includes tables and chairs for up to 60 people
1 dinner plate(Black/White), 1 dessert plate(Clear), 2 Forks, 1 Knife, 1 Spoon, 1 tea spoon ,1 paper napkin per person for up to 60 people.
Cloth napkins available at $1 each.
Additional settings available at $14.50 per person up to an absolute maximum of 80.
Includes up to 120 rocks glasses, up to 120 wine glasses, up to 100 coffee mugs
Ice bucket and serving utensils for the bar included.
1 bartender, 1 event coordinator.
Event Coordinator: Includes 2 x 30-minute pre-event meetings. Additional meetings available at a cost of $88/hr, with a 1 hour minimum charge.
Ensures all things in the Dance District space are working correctly, acts as a liaison between any caterers, suppliers and client on the day of the event. Not responsible for event planning duties or event management.
Bartender: Responsible for setting up the bar and serving drinks only. Not responsible for serving or clearing food, dishes, etc.
Server (additional to Smart Wedding Package, included in Premium Smart Wedding Package): Responsible for assisting with the bar and clearing glassware only. Not responsible for serving or clearing food, dishes, etc.
50 tea-light candles in wooden candle holders.
Arranged throughout the room. Upgrade to Cristal candle holders for $35.
Bonus! 2 hours of private dance lessons for the happy couple, Which you have up to a year to use, so prepare for your first dance or add some romance to your married life!
